Making A Purchase
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
Order and pay online (cardholder address must be the same as the delivery address unless by prior agreement made by emailing sales@bentonvillemall.co.uk). If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept all types of credit and debit card including both visa and mastercard.

VAT
All orders are sold including VAT. We do not sell excluding VAT. Once a transaction is completed under no circumstances will we accept requests to refund VAT.

CONFIRMATION
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling The product will be dispatched only once the payment has cleared. All items must be visually inspected for damage on delivery as liability is transferred on signature.

Delivery Schedule Next Day Delivery is available on most of our deliveries. All products are delivered within an average of below 72 hours from receipt of cleared payment. Our promise is that in all situations the product will be delivered within 14 days of the receipt of cleared payment, or we will cancel and refund your order in full upon your notification of your decision to cancel.

All orders will be delivered to the cardholder's address unless written agreement is reached to the contrary.

We are not liable for any hire cost incurred by the customer or any client of the customer due to the timing of delivery even if this date is beyond the 14 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
Tax Charges All VAT is included in the prices shown.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee All products come with at least 12 months warranty (where indicated some items may have longer warranty periods). You must retain your invoice as proof of purchase. If your purchase develops a fault within it's 12 month guarantee please contact the manufacturer to arrange repair or if you send the product back to us we can arrange the repair from the manufacturer on your behalf and return the product to you.

Your warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage.
- Use of the item by anyone other than you.
- Failure to comply with the manufacturers instructions for care of the item.
- The Customer should ensure that the IEEE-1394 (Firewire) interface on Products is only connected when all devices that the Product is being connected to are switched off, regardless of what the manufacturer's manual may provide. We shall not be responsible for the repair of Products or any direct or indirect loss, damage or costs that the Customer may incur if this requirement is not met.
- Deliberate damage or neglect of the item.
- Claims arising as a result of normal wear and tear.
- Repairs to cosmetic parts or non mechanical electrical components including denting, scratching, chipping, staining, rust and corrosion.
- Damage caused by foreign objects or substances including and not exclusive to batteries.
- Repair or damage caused by theft, fire, flood, external causes such as, but not limited to blown fuses, inadequate - electrical power, water and gas lines beyond the equipment, plugged drains, or any use of the product not authorised by the manufacturer.
- Work which relates to a manufacturer recall.
- Routine maintenance of the item.
- Any damage resulting from unauthorised replacement parts, improper service or modifications made to the item are not covered.
- Claims arising from the interruption, failure or disconnection of public services to your home.
- Any hire costs caused as a result of the item being unavailable, for example manufacturer faults, damage or wear and tear.
- Consequential loss of any type.
- Replacement of batteries, light bulbs, fuses, filters, memory cards or any other item with a pre-determined life expectancy.
- Charges incurred for the set up or installation, reformatting of hard drives and diskettes, system and software configuration or data recovery.
- Any loss resulting from collision with another object or any damage while the item is in transit.


SERVICE PACK

TIMESCALES The Service Pack is valid for the number of years stipulated ie. 5 year Service Pack is for 5 years, 2 year Service Pack is for 2 years. The date the Service Pack commences is the earlier of, the purchase date of the item to be covered or the purchase date of the Service Pack. Your Service Pack must be bought within 30 days of purchasing your item to be covered. As a minimum, the first 12 months are covered by the manufacturer warranty with subsequent years covered by your Service Pack.

YOUR SERVICE PACK COVERS Your Service Pack covers the cost of parts and labour in the mechanical or electrical breakdown of your item for the period of the Service Pack excluding the period covered by the Manufacturer warranty.

YOUR SERVICE PACK DOES NOT COVER
- Accidental damage.
- Use of the item by anyone other than you.
- Failure to comply with the manufacturers instructions for care of the item.
- Deliberate damage or neglect of the item.
- Claims arising as a result of normal wear and tear.
- Repairs to cosmetic parts or non mechanical electrical components including denting, scratching, chipping, staining, rust and corrosion.
- Damage caused by foreign objects or substances including and not exclusive to batteries.
- Repair or damage caused by theft, fire, flood, external causes such as, but not limited to blown fuses, inadequate - electrical power, water and gas lines beyond the equipment, plugged drains, or any use of the product not authorised by the manufacturer.
- Faults known to you before commencement of cover under your Service Pack.
- Work which relates to a manufacturer recall.
- The period of your manufacturer warranty and not less than the first 12 months from date of commencement of the Service Pack.
- Routine maintenance of the item.
- Any damage resulting from unauthorised replacement parts, improper service or modifications made to the covered item are not covered by this Service Pack.
- Materials or labour charges covered by manufacturers or suppliers or installers guarantee or warranty.
- Claims arising from the interruption, failure or disconnection of public services to your home.
- Consequential loss of any type.
- Replacement of batteries, light bulbs, fuses, filters, or any other item with a pre-determined life expectancy.
- Charges incurred for the set up or installation, reformatting of hard drives and diskettes, system and software configuration or data recovery.
- Any loss resulting from collision with another object or any damage while the item is in transit.

LEVEL OF COVER Your Service Pack provides cover up to the original purchase price of the item on each claim, and in aggregate or a maximum of £2000 where the original purchase price exceeds £2000. If you request any additional work or replacement parts or components of a superior specification are fitted, you will be responsible for the additional cost. We are not responsible for any inconvenience, loss or damage by delay in the supply of spare parts or components by manufacturers or their suppliers or agents. If no defect or fault is found or repairs denied based on the terms or conditions of the Service Pack the Service Pack owner will be responsible for all costs incurred. In the event that the parts for the item are no longer available, or the item is beyond economical repair, we will base our settlement on the replacement cost of the same or similar model at the time of breakdown. We reserve the right to repair or replace the covered item with a comparable feature item of like kind and quality. Item replacement under this plan will fulfil this agreement in its entirety and will discharge all further obligations under this Service Pack and the Service Pack shall terminate. If you or anyone else claiming under this Service Pack, makes a claim that is false or dishonest in any way, your policy will not be valid. You will lose all benefits under this Service Pack and we will not refund your premium. Any warranties purchased including extended warranties, are non-transferrable to a third party. For the avoidance of doubt, sale of the item(s) to a third party, invalidates the warranty.

CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to cancel the Service Pack at any time for any reason by sending 14 days notice to you at your last known correspondence address. In the event of cancellation by us (except for non payment) we will provide you with a pro-rata refund. Under distance selling legislation, as a consumer you have the right to cancel your Service Pack agreement within 45 days of receipt, this is known as the 'cooling off' period. If you wish to cancel your Service Pack agreement then please inform us either by email to: sales@bentonvillemall.co.uk or in writing to Bentonville Mall, 1 The Limes, Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire DE15 0NW. We will refund the full amount within 30 days from the date of cancellation. After the 45 day 'cooling off' period has elapsed, the cost of the Service Pack cannot be refunded.

Returns Policy If you identify a fault with your item within the first seven days we will be happy to replace. The cost incurred for returning an item will be credited back to you upon verification of the fault. Please retain all packaging for the first seven days to enable easy return should you encounter a problem.

Under distance selling legislation as a consumer you have the right to return goods within 7 days of their receipt, this is known as the 'cooling off' period. It is incumbent upon you to ensure that the goods remain in excellent condition and with all of the original packaging. Please note in this situation the cost will be borne by you for the original delivery and collection.
